NERC 2

There is undoubtedly an interest in Green Laning, not surprising really when you consider the vehicles we covet and cherish. This forum is here for discussion of routes, contemporary issues and the social side of things. Anyone not playing nice will have their tyres let down.

Hi Martin,
May I ask what NERC 2 or 1 for that matter is?
Best wishes,
Matt

Greetings Matt
Assume you are new to driving the Green Lane Network.
Well Welcome :D

In a nut shell
'Green lane as you know is a ROW.
You are currently enjoying what is left of the Green Lane network after NERC 1
NERC 2 is HMG (under pressure from Anti Green Lane Lobby) taking further restricting action against 4x4 access to ROWs.

Hi Ian

Open the link then look at section 4 Land Use

http://www.publications.parliament.uk/p ... /10102.htm

Those of us who have lost mates in the name of our society, tend to keep an eye on those charged with its up keep.
