Simon Crabree's 101 was stolen from Yeadon (near Leeds Bradford Airport) during the night of 19/01/06.
101GS, RHD 12v with winch. New stainless fuel tank, LPG conversion, NATO Green. Registration 74 FL 60 or PWN 876R

Mike,
Has there been any developments with regard to this 101?
I'm not sure how common it is for preserved MV's to be stolen and for what reason. A 101 is hardly the thing a boy racer wants.
I think there is a lesson for us all.

Some years ago I compiled a survey of all the remaining Centurion tanks in the UK. I located one in the Midlands and spoke to the owner. He was particularly keen not for me to disclose the whereabouts of the tank as there had been problems with theft. From vandals etc, I asked, no he replied, from people who know what they want, ie "military" people. A sad state of affairs, I thought.
