I have in the past been on the Pennine Bridleway on horse back and by foot.
this was about 10yrs back, the damage by 4x4 was bad then ! It is a very environmentally-sensitive area. maybe a Toll on the road would help manage vehicle use and damage to the land. I think In the end the only way for future management will be a TRO

Hi Phil
Well to a degree I agree.
However before you tar Every one with the same Brush. I think PERMIT HOLDERS maybe the way forward.
But currently evern the disabled would be banned under the TRO COSH

I have strong views on Law Enforcement
as some have found out to their cost and some still could.
