Ever owned a vehicle you wish you never sold ? Driven it in service and have a photo of it ? Wondered if its still on the road ? Or still on the show circuit somewhere ? Why not post a picture and some details of last seen owned etc, who knows what may turn up or where !

Martin It could be three tanks as an expedition mod. It is something Richards also offer as an option on a new chassis. It extends the range.

When I owned it, the rear tank was not present. Iirc the extra outrigger was on it and only one tank fitted under drivers seat with the filler cap by drivers door. I must have better pics somwhere .
There are the odd exceptions S2A & S3 , mainly regarding fire engines (to make room for balanced load water tanks) / Station Wagens.
=======
A Series 3 , 109" civilian / CL Utility , would have a FRONT of tub bodyside external fill , up to Chassis Suffix "B" inclusive , afterwards a Utility body would have the REAR of tub filler for rear central tank

Thanks for the pictures. Good to see how an old Land Rover never dies bit just evolves to suit the needs.
